Merry Christmas! This year's Eidam/Bomba Christmas took place at Pen and Joe's with Olivia and Cassie at the center of attention. The Eidam side of the family followed years of tradition - just in a different city - and attended Midnight Mass at St. Bernard's in downtown Akron - then of course, we came home and opened gifts and had a wrapping paper fight! Our family movie this year extols family values - The Simpson Movie - as the song runs through my head, "spider pig, spider pig..." And of course, we had chips and dip. I have to say I dropped off first this year around 3 am. Apparently, there were hold-outs until 4.

Mom and Dad cooked dinner on Christmas Day - YUM! - and the Bombas joined us mid afternoon. And the center of it all is Cassie and Olivia - doesn't matter if they're sleeping, screaming, smiling - they are completely and utterly loved. Here are a few shots from the last 24 hours.

Ok, I've been a negligent aunt and haven't posted anything since July. Time to play catch up. As you all know, Cassandra Elizabeth and Olivia Josephine joined us early on the morning of August 9. They are now four months and 13 days old and about to celebrate their first Christmas. Here are some too-cute photos of the girls from the last couple of months. Check back for Christmas photos!
